Contact Corporation was awarded two separate contracts by Lockheed Martin Information Systems & Global Solutions to supply telescopic antenna mast systems for the U.S. Army’s Warfighter Information Network – Tactical (WIN-T) program. The first contract calls for the supply of five trailer-mounted 30-meter (100 feet) mast systems for the Tactical Relay – Tower (TR-T) component of the WIN-T system. The second contract calls for the supply of forty 10-meter (33 feet) “push-button” mast systems for the WIN-T Tactical Communications Node (TCN). The new contracts bring the total quantities of TR-Ts and TCN systems ordered from Contact for the development and Low Rate Initial Production (LRIP) phases of the WIN-T program to 11 and 92 respectively.
